Puerto Rican Empanadillas

Well today I was thinking of my mom and it was time for lunch. Mom was just a good cook. She always did something so great for lunch when we were home. In New York you find the dough disk in your frezzer section but here in California you don't. So you have to make your own. Mom always made her own. So I got her recipe out and off I went and got about 10, which means that now no dinner cause we are stuffed. Takes some time but not long. You can also make these with cheese. We have done them both ways. The meat has a sweet taste to it cause of the raisins but we love them. Enjoy the Pictures.
